PanzaPath is a non profit entity incorporated under Section 21 (Registration # 2010/022029/08) in South Africa. Our South African operating entity, PanzaWorx, cc, currently provides administrative and logistical support to the Foundation.
Many rural villages in Africa are remote and without running water or electricity, yet many are located close by, or within walking distance from flowing rivers. With a Micro Hydro pontoon which floats on the water, the water running underneath can spin a generator from which we can generate electric power.We can provide a Power Pontoon as a very simple and affordable solution to provide electricity on a micro scale. It is much cheaper than solar panels or wind turbines, and a lot cheaper than a diesel or (gas) petrol generator’s added fuel costs.
